School Visitors Announcement

In an effort to promote the safest learning environment, Clay Community Schools would like to announce some changes made to our school visitor protocol.  Beginning, Monday, February 26^th anyone that is coming to school for a meeting or to work within the building will be required to present a picture ID for entrance into the building.  As has been our current practice, any parent working in a school will need to have a completed background check on file.  Parents or guardians dropping off lunches or any student item for delivery will be let into the school’s vestibule and asked to leave the item for delivery.  Parents or guardians coming to pick up their child will be asked to show their photo ID and asked to wait in the vestibule while school personnel get their student.  Clay Community Schools takes student and school safety very seriously and these measures further enhance the current safety practices at each school.  We hope you share the same feelings with us as we make these changes.

The state of Indiana is requiring school districts to collect proof of Indiana residency documentation for all students. To comply, we are asking you to submit documentation that shows your name and current address. Please click on the link below to fill out your documentation.

Summer Meal Information 

Summer meals will be served at Forest Park Elementary school through the YMCA summer program. 7:30 Breakfast and 11:00 Lunch. 
You can also text "Summer Meals" to 914-342-7744, or text Food to 304-304 to find facilities that provide meals in the area.
