    The Van Buren Elementary School staff provides appropriate instruction and support to all students, such that they may realize their full potential as successfully functioning and contributing members of society. Our school provides a safe, secure, clean and disciplined environment which is conducive to learning and social development. The cooperative efforts of school personnel, parents, students and community ensure the success of our school's mission.

    Van Buren's motto is "A great place to learn." The school's mascot is a blue devil and Van Buren's colors are blue and white.
