• Items for Personnel Folder


    Each year, we require our new hires to provide certain documentation that remains in their personnel file.  If you are missing any of these items, and have not yet turned them in to central office, please send them to Ernie Simpson, Director of Human Resources, as soon as possible. 

    • Online application via AppliTrack
    • Official Transcripts (Undergraduate, and Graduate (if applicable))
    • Copy of a valid Indiana teaching license
    • Certification of previous service from other corporations (if you're being hired in with experience)
    • Criminal History Check (from www.castlebranch.com)
    • Highly Qualified Certification (if you entered teaching prior to 2006)
    • Recommendation from principal that hired you in Clay Community Schools
    • Payroll Notification paper
    • Letter of Approval following your approval at the School Board Meeting
